Woohoo! Today I reach the end of my 30 day challenge! Apologies if this post may seem a bit rushed, but I need to get ready and head out to my boxing class. I guess this time when I did the 30 day blogging challenge, I wasn’t as good at keeping up posts as I was when I did this back in December, but I’m glad that I managed to do 30 posts. On reflection of how these past 30 days have gone I’ve realised I’m still timid and self conscious about doing fashion and personal style photo posts, maybe I need to just bite the bullet and get posting?! Any tips anyone has is more than welcome here! Also I need more variation in content, which I hope I can do over the next month. Thank you to everyone who has been keeping up to date with my blog and progress and thank you to all the new followers who have signed up to follow me in the past month!
So as this 30 day challenge ends, a new one begins tomorrow. The next challenge is to exercise every day for 30 days. The plan is go to classes 3 times a week and exercise at home 4 times a week. One of my goals this year was to get fitter, but also at the end of the month I’ll be seeing someone after a whole year. This person hurt me deeply and this time last year, all I wanted to do at the time is find a way somehow to hurt them back. As a result of this over the past year I’ve been finding ways to channel my anger and frustration, and let me tell you boxing and boxercise is an amazing way to do it! I made a promise to myself the best way to get revenge is to be healthy, happy and successful! I’m no angel, I do actually want this person to be healthy, happy and successful too, but I want to be healthier, happier, more content and more successful than them, that would make me very happy! Yeah, I know that’s a bit bad and selfish, but I’m human! So here’s to the next 30 day challenge of getting into shape. I would post photos of my abs, to see the change after 30 days, but I feel that may be a little bit inappropriate!!
