Photography by Karim Nafani

The other day I was admiring the work of Karim Nafani, a commercial airline pilot and photographer based in Dubai. He has a keen interest in taking photos of what the world looks like from above, so as well as taking photos from the cockpit, he also climbs to the top of skyscrapers and buildings […]

lil kunj’s first sports photography attempt: India vs S.Africa, ICC Champions Trophy Opening Match

Good morning! I hope all you lovely readers are doing splendidly and are looking forward to the weekend. Lil kunj has been out of action for a while, sadly I’ve been slaving away at work and working silly hours (6am starts and 4am finishes, due to not so optional “networking”) in order to get a […]

Not going to say much in this post. Just a handful of pictures of the Great Buddha Statue in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. Enjoy 🙂

Day 11/30: The ruins of Nalanda, Bihar photofest

Here’s another selection of unedited photos of the ruins of Nalanda, the world’s most ancient university. Day 10/30: Mahabodhi Temple, Bodh Gaya photofest

Here’s a selection of photos of the Mahabodhi Temple, Bodh Gaya, which I took earlier this year. The Mahabodhi Temple, a UNESCO world heritage site,  is where Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, is said to have attained enlightenment. It was built in approximately 250 BCE and uses the styles of Dravidian architecture.  It’s located in the […]

The exhibition drew on creativity from the comic book universe, bringing together an explosive show of dynamic […]

lil kunj’s Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur photofest

As promised this is the first instalment of some of the photos I took in Paris. I decided not to start with the Eiffel Tower, also in this collection of photos I really like that there’s a variety of colour due to the stained glass windows and there’s a good mix of dark and light […]
